Furthermore, we assist in creating and maintaining corporations, joint ventures and limited liability companies for mining and quarrying projects. Our clientele ranges from contractors and engineers to government institutions and industrial suppliers engaging in part or all phases of the project.
We provide consultation and negotiation in preparation of anticipated joint ventures and other mining and quarrying projects to implement the best and most effective approach towards project execution. We also various phases of the project in compliance with provide compliance audits to ensure all relevant laws are conceded with, and thereafter structure the various phases of the project accordingly.
We are often requested to provide assistance to design and outline the project implementation process, post-project management, surety and bonding issues, insurance and labour law issues. We work closely with our Conflict Resolution team to provide services such as consultation, contract reviews, dispute resolution negotiations, mediation, arbitration, handling of labour and industrial relations issues, negligence matters and public liability matters.
